he Honda Integra, a car sold as an Acura in North America and as a Honda elsewhere, is a sporty front-wheel drive vehicle sold both as a sedan and hatchback. In the Acura lineup it was the smallest, least expensive model, designed to offer a competitor to vehicles like the Volkswagen Golf GTI, which was the most well known and popular "hot hatch" of the late 1980s when the Integra was introduced.
