Trying their best to get their careers back up and running, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted visiting a friend's home in Pacific Palisades, CA on Friday (April 8).
Walking past paparazzi side-by-side, the former Hills stars glanced over at the shutterbugs as they headed inside to spend time with their pals while closing out another week.
