Following on from the success of her first fragrance Heat, Beyonce Knowles has just released her second perfume: Pulse.
Talking to Elle magazine, Beyonce said: "Pulse represents the woman I am on stage. When I think about excitement, it makes me think about my heart racing and a pulsating beat — it’s my stage persona. Heat represents my side, it’s very spicy and Southern. Heat Rush (an off-shoot of the first Heat perfume) is more about the woman I am on my off time, when I’m on vacation."
If you're looking forward to sampling the scent, Pulse will be released in the fall.

B opted for a black v-neck dress with a brooch adornment from the Fall 2011 collection of Lanvin.
Quite a simple look from Beyonce, and not a bad one, it's just this is Beyonce, we expect more.

An incredible look from Beyonce Knowles as she posed on the red carpet at the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty Costume Institute Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 2.
Beyonce's black-and-gold Emilio Pucci fitted her body perfectly, and with that super-tight mermaid skirt you just have to wonder how she managed to walk up the MET stairs.
Jewels from Beyonce's favoured Lorraine Schwartz, plus Sergio Rossi heels, completed her bombshell look.

Beyonce wore a white top with black pants (both from Balmain) and brightened the look with red open-toe booties.
Her bag was the same snakeskin Jimmy Choo "Rosalie" she was spotted with in Paris earlier last week.
Balmain has a bit of a reputation for being overpriced and you might agree when you see Beyonce's Balmain logo top costs $475 at ssense.com.

B wore a figure-flattering striped wrap dress with gold Alexander McQueen sandals.
Leaving behind her Jimmy Choo snakeskin bag, this time she carried a black croc bag.

A gorgeous candid look from Beyonce as she headed out with hubby Jay-Z on April 19.
Beyonce wore a beautiful floral print dress from Preen and accessorized with co-ordinating Christian Louboutin peep-toes, and Jimmy Choo's snakeprint "Rosalie" bag.

It's been a while since we've had a Beyonce sighting but she was papped out on March 30.
She hid her face under a furry hood but B's body was still looking gorgeous with her showing off her fab shape in a ruched top and tight blue jeans.
Accessories were a black Bottega Veneta bag and Christian Louboutin Platform Slingbacks.
