What are the buttons under the radio? The numbered ones.the paper in the window that describes the car descibe the car as having an optional Marine Band radio, is that what the numbered buttons are? Seems most likely

1938 Alfa 8C 2900B Le Mans
Those are incredibly good looking Jaguars On of the most remarkable and well designed instrument gauge clusters I've ever seen

Awesome use of a hoodscoop to make an ugly car better looking
