If you took a mermaid and dressed her up as a rock star (presuming she had legs, of course) this is probably the look you'd end up with.
Taylor Momsen extended her already long tresses as she came out for the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on April 2.

Taylor Momsen was in Paris on March 25 to perform at the city's VIP Room.
Arriving, she wore her zip-crotch Denimocracy jeans and black Pleaser platforms with a plaid shirt and lacy top.
On stage, she switched to clear Pleaser platforms sandals and her one of her custom-made Sex Trash stage outfits.
